  • MINDDetox has been designed to be self-paced, and you can easily catch up whenever it suits you. With lifetime access to the program materials, you can revisit any missed content. The key is to be gentle with yourself and remember that the MINDDetox program is here to support your well-being, not add stress to your life. Our goal is to help you achieve long-term transformation, and missing a day won't hinder your progress. However we do recommend prioritising the daily meditations.

  • The beauty is that there is no such thing as a 'distraction' in effortless meditation. There is no need for concentration or focus, unlike other forms of concentrative meditation. Thoughts are considered a normal, expected part of the process. Don’t underestimate the impact that 7 days can have on your life

I meditated on and off for years with the intention of this practice becoming a daily habit. For one reason or another, it never happened until one day, I signed up for a 7 day effortless guided meditation challenge. This simple act solidified my meditation practice because it was the ‘thing’ that kickstarted my regular practice, which is still going strong today. I felt really good after the first meditation, and I was excited for day 2 to drop into my inbox. I then continued to revisit the meditations well after the 7 days. After personally experiencing the benefits of such a simple yet powerful experience, it was a no-brainer to create a short program {MINDDetox} that combined meditation and psychological skills that could not only be the catalyst to a consistent regular meditation practice but also an opportunity to completely overhaul your mindset and have you feeling totally rebalanced and revived.
