Chrissy Roil - Registered Meditation Teacher
About ten years ago, I was really struggling with anxiety. My mind was constantly racing, caught up in overthinking and the fear of another anxiety attack. When nothing seemed to help, I turned to meditation. At the time, I thought meditation was all about silencing the mind and reaching a state of bliss and so when that didn’t happen, I felt like I was failing and gave up. Over the years, I kept coming back to it, but I could never stick with it long enough to experience the real benefits. As life became busier and more overwhelming, my desire for managing stress and experiencing inner peace grew stronger. That’s when I discovered effortless meditation, and everything changed. Meditation became simple, enjoyable, and something I genuinely looked forward to. Since then, I’ve experienced a clearer mind, sharper focus, and greater emotional resilience. This simple practice not only changed my life but also inspired me to become a certified teacher. Now, I’m passionate about sharing this empowering practice with others so they too can experience its profound benefits.

Not at all. This course is designed for both beginners and those looking to refine their meditation practice.

The beauty is that there is no such thing as a 'distraction' in effortless meditation. There is no need for concentration or focus, unlike other forms of concentrative meditation. Thoughts are considered a normal, expected part of the process. In SELF GUIDED, you’ll transform the idea that you can’t meditate and surprise yourself with just how easy and effortless meditation can be.

Each live call will be approximately 60-75 minutes. For the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, the calls are not recorded, as we want to ensure a safe space where everyone can freely share. However, the course materials and key points covered during the calls will be made available for you to review in a downloadable format.

Attending the live sessions is essential for learning and experiencing effortless meditation, as this is when we teach, guide, and provide real-time feedback.

You’ll receive a welcome message with instructions on how to connect and receive daily support throughout your program. Throughout the two weeks, I’ll be providing daily support through messages, voice notes, and personalised guidance. You’ll have direct access to me for inspiration, tailored advice, and gentle accountability to help you stay consistent and motivated in your practice.

This course is independent and not affiliated with any specific spiritual tradition or organisation. As an independent teacher, I have the flexibility to set a price that aligns with my values of accessibility and inclusivity. My focus is on providing practical, evidence-based techniques, personalised support, and a sustainable meditation practice that seamlessly fits into modern life, making it accessible to as many people as possible.

If you cancel at least 14 days before the course start date, we will refund your deposit, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable; however, your deposit can be transferred to a future course. If the remaining 50% balance is not paid 7 days prior to the course start date and we do not receive written notice of cancellation at hello@theinsideclub.com, you will forfeit your deposit and your seat in the course will no longer be held.
